圖紙管控
“點”的(de)管控。圖紙(zhi)系統交底同(tong)時對現場實際情況(kuang)核(he)實,結(jie)合裝修(xiu)、二次機(ji)電、四(si)大(da)軟裝綜合交底,避免施工(gong)圖紙(zhi)實施時的(de)大(da)修(xiu)改,同(tong)時要嚴(yan)控出圖時間(jian),確保施工(gong)計劃節點的(de)按時完成。
“線”的(de)管控。圖紙(zhi)深(shen)(shen)化(hua)時要依據簽確施工(gong)圖進(jin)行(xing)(xing)二次(ci)深(shen)(shen)化(hua),指(zhi)導施工(gong)的(de)二次(ci)深(shen)(shen)化(hua)圖應注意(yi)原結構(gou)的(de)偏(pian)差,同時又要滿(man)足設計(ji)最終的(de)效果,首先抓住(zhu)一次(ci)、二次(ci)機電管路(lu)走向規(gui)律,控制住(zhu)標(biao)高,預埋鋼件的(de)定位(wei)。在系統地(di)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)管控深(shen)(shen)化(hua)圖進(jin)度的(de)同時,還要滿(man)足現場隱蔽工(gong)程施工(gong)進(jin)度,把依據圖紙(zhi)工(gong)作的(de)思想綱要形成施工(gong)指(zhi)導文件,良性(xing)展(zhan)開各專業(ye)系統正常及交(jiao)叉施工(gong)。
“面”的(de)(de)管控。要保證施工(gong)(gong)質量及效果(guo),應(ying)充(chong)分把施工(gong)(gong)圖(tu)紙百分百地同現場有機結合。在確保不輕易(yi)改變圖(tu)紙意圖(tu)的(de)(de)同時,不能(neng)生(sheng)搬硬套,各專業經(jing)理應(ying)隨時協助施工(gong)(gong)單位來處理現場發生(sheng)的(de)(de)問題,保證施工(gong)(gong)計劃(hua)生(sheng)產的(de)(de)順利進行。
材料管控
“點”的(de)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)。材(cai)料(liao)使用的(de)好壞直(zhi)接(jie)決定精(jing)裝(zhuang)工程(cheng)的(de)品質、效果、安全(quan),所以在(zai)材(cai)料(liao)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)時(shi)應重點控(kong)(kong)制好材(cai)料(liao)樣板(ban)的(de)確(que)認工作(zuo)(zuo),達不(bu)到設計(ji)(ji)樣板(ban)要求的(de),堅決不(bu)允許進場使用。材(cai)料(liao)批量進場時(shi)要嚴格(ge)驗收(shou),認真檢(jian)查材(cai)料(liao)的(de)進場資料(liao),檢(jian)查時(shi)應把(ba)樣板(ban)對照、防(fang)火等級、環保(bao)證書、出廠合格(ge)證書、國(guo)家權威的(de)檢(jian)測報告(gao)作(zuo)(zuo)嚴格(ge)檢(jian)查,特殊(shu)材(cai)料(liao)必(bi)須進行(xing)復試(shi)。材(cai)料(liao)進場時(shi)間直(zhi)接(jie)影響施(shi)工計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)的(de)順利實施(shi),對材(cai)料(liao)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)時(shi)間的(de)把(ba)控(kong)(kong)應納入(ru)日(ri)工作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)。
“線”的(de)管控(kong)。材(cai)料在進(jin)場(chang)前,要落實(shi)施工(gong)單位的(de)訂(ding)貨合同,及時按施工(gong)計劃進(jin)行(xing)編制材(cai)料,各專業經理應對材(cai)料的(de)生產、包裝(zhuang)、運輸、卸(xie)貨全程(cheng)了解,確保各種進(jin)場(chang)材(cai)料的(de)及時性(xing)、品質保證(zheng)性(xing)、材(cai)料分部(bu)位垂(chui)直(zhi)運輸及儲存的(de)安全性(xing),直(zhi)至監管到施工(gong)人員手(shou)中。
“面”的(de)(de)管控(kong)。材(cai)(cai)料(liao)使用(yong)(yong)時首先(xian)要管控(kong)住樣板先(xian)行的(de)(de)原則,及時進(jin)(jin)行各(ge)(ge)種材(cai)(cai)料(liao)使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)技術交(jiao)底,確(que)保工(gong)(gong)序(xu)不出現倒置現象,同(tong)時對工(gong)(gong)藝要求進(jin)(jin)行書面(mian)交(jiao)底,對同(tong)部位、同(tong)規格、同(tong)加工(gong)(gong)尺寸的(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao),應(ying)要求在(zai)垂直運(yun)(yun)輸前統一加工(gong)(gong)好再分到各(ge)(ge)使用(yong)(yong)部位,這(zhe)樣減輕了材(cai)(cai)料(liao)因超高或超長影響垂直運(yun)(yun)輸,同(tong)時也減輕了因場地影響而造成的(de)(de)交(jiao)叉作(zuo)業。在(zai)所有各(ge)(ge)種材(cai)(cai)料(liao)使用(yong)(yong)前,要全面(mian)檢查(cha)現場的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)條件是否滿足(zu)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)安裝。
勞動力管控
“點”的(de)管控(kong)。各(ge)工(gong)(gong)種(zhong)(zhong)勞(lao)動力(li)的(de)技術水(shui)平(ping)直接影(ying)響(xiang)精裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)程的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量、品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi),對飾(shi)面(mian)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)遵循先(xian)培(pei)訓(xun)后上(shang)崗的(de)原則,要(yao)(yao)對防水(shui)工(gong)(gong)、理石工(gong)(gong)、焊工(gong)(gong)、木飾(shi)面(mian)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)、打膠工(gong)(gong)特別(bie)管控(kong)。勞(lao)動力(li)的(de)進場(chang)時間及順序一定要(yao)(yao)按施工(gong)(gong)計(ji)劃(hua)各(ge)工(gong)(gong)序時間節點來統籌,不要(yao)(yao)盲(mang)目(mu)(mu)加人(ren)(ren),也不要(yao)(yao)盲(mang)目(mu)(mu)減人(ren)(ren)。勞(lao)動力(li)進場(chang)后的(de)重(zhong)點要(yao)(yao)先(xian)進行(xing)專業(ye)培(pei)訓(xun)、質(zhi)(zhi)量要(yao)(yao)求的(de)交底(di)、安全文明施工(gong)(gong)規章制度的(de)熟(shu)知,專業(ye)性較強的(de)工(gong)(gong)種(zhong)(zhong)必(bi)須持證上(shang)崗。
“線”的管控(kong)。首先要(yao)了解勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)(li)同(tong)施(shi)工單位的合作關系,盡量避(bi)免出(chu)現分包中(zhong)的分包情況。了解勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)(li)的住(zhu)宿(su)、吃飯、出(chu)差補助保(bao)障(zhang),及時(shi)協(xie)(xie)調好施(shi)工單位對勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)(li)的安置問題,發現問題要(yao)第一(yi)時(shi)間(jian)幫助協(xie)(xie)調,勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)(li)保(bao)障(zhang)問題直接影響(xiang)工程整體計劃(hua)的順利完(wan)成。
“面”的管控。各(ge)工(gong)種(zhong)進場(chang)后,要(yao)督促施(shi)(shi)工(gong)單位(wei)項目部進行全(quan)面的計劃(hua)安排,根據施(shi)(shi)工(gong)整體計劃(hua),結合現場(chang)實施(shi)(shi)情況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)分解細化樓層(ceng)、區(qu)域工(gong)程實施(shi)(shi)計劃(hua),應明(ming)確工(gong)作(zuo)目標、質量要(yao)求、各(ge)工(gong)序(xu)完(wan)成的時(shi)間節點、技(ji)術(shu)對(dui)接責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)(ren)、材料(liao)發放責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)(ren)、分部分專業責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)(ren),對(dui)工(gong)作(zuo)面的工(gong)具、材料(liao)倉庫位(wei)置(zhi)明(ming)確,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)圖紙(zhi)交底,工(gong)序(xu)、工(gong)藝標準要(yao)求的樣板交底,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)臨時(shi)水電位(wei)置(zhi)及(ji)使用(yong)規定交底,現場(chang)安全(quan)文明(ming)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)規章制度交底,簽訂安全(quan)責(ze)任(ren)書等一系列工(gong)作(zuo),全(quan)面展(zhan)開施(shi)(shi)工(gong)計劃(hua)的良(liang)性實施(shi)(shi)。
過程驗收管控
“點”管控。驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)工(gong)作(zuo)對于監(jian)控過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)質(zhi)量、安全、品(pin)質(zhi)、效果起到(dao)決(jue)定性(xing)(xing)作(zuo)用(yong),過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)可及時(shi)發現問(wen)題并得到(dao)及時(shi)糾正,不(bu)要(yao)把(ba)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)(de)某個不(bu)良(liang)環節(jie)形(xing)成惡性(xing)(xing)循環。過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)時(shi)應注意成立驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)小組(zu)的(de)(de)架(jia)構、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)規范要(yao)求、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)及時(shi)性(xing)(xing)、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)項目(mu)類型、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)工(gong)具(ju)、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)書面報(bao)告、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)問(wen)題糾偏方案(an)、驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)時(shi)限的(de)(de)要(yao)求等要(yao)點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo)。
“線”的管控(kong)。驗收(shou)工(gong)作不(bu)要(yao)停(ting)留在(zai)(zai)表面(mian)或(huo)書面(mian),更不(bu)能停(ting)留在(zai)(zai)工(gong)程的某個項(xiang)目或(huo)階段上,要(yao)把驗收(shou)工(gong)作當作工(gong)程計(ji)劃、質量保(bao)證(zheng)的一種管控(kong)手段,檢查(cha)出問題(ti)應(ying)進行(xing)通(tong)報公示,杜絕類似問題(ti)的重復出現。
