圍繞同心公約,韓秀(xiu)娟組織業主(zhu)朋友共同創(chuang)建了八大社群,聚集(ji)了500多(duo)位(wei)業主(zhu),全年新拓展40多(duo)位(wei)老帶新客戶,促使今年成交總金額達(da)4億元。
韓秀娟是投資(zi)集團(tuan)東區杭州富陽項目(mu)置(zhi)業顧問,主要負責銷售萬達悅享同(tong)心灣項目(mu)。
為了破解當前房產項目同質化的問題,韓秀娟所在的銷售團隊另辟蹊徑,結合項目特點,認真總結提煉,基于“志趣、關愛、分享、包容”的同心理念,創建了業主的專屬社群“同心社”,并提出同(tong)心(xin)公約——我(wo)們不是(shi)在(zai)銷(xiao)售冰冷的(de)鋼筋混凝土(tu)建筑,而是(shi)用自己(ji)的(de)心(xin),聚齊了一(yi)(yi)群(qun)志同(tong)道(dao)合的(de)人,一(yi)(yi)起打造溫暖且(qie)擁有人文情懷的(de)生活社區(qu)。
韓秀娟前期通過(guo)細致的市(shi)場調(diao)(diao)研(yan),制(zhi)定(ding)了目(mu)標(biao)(biao)客(ke)戶地圖及(ji)典型的客(ke)戶畫像,圍繞項目(mu)45分鐘地鐵(tie)通勤范圍調(diao)(diao)研(yan),濱江、之江、轉(zhuan)塘、錢江新(xin)城以(yi)及(ji)富陽客(ke)戶,結合大區景觀及(ji)室(shi)內精裝標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),后期通過(guo)添加客(ke)戶微信(xin),每天下(xia)班后花一到兩個小時整(zheng)理客(ke)戶朋友(you)圈動態,通過(guo)朋友(you)圈這個生(sheng)活和興趣的最(zui)大載(zai)體,形成社群(qun)標(biao)(biao)簽。
